What we collect
- Enquiries: the email address you submit, any service or account mix you selected, and the website page from which the enquiry was sent. If you reply to us, we also receive the information you include in that correspondence.
- Technical information: our hosting, security and form providers process information needed to handle requests, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times and security events.
- Cookie-notice choice: your browser can remember that you dismissed the cookie notice for the current tab session. This choice is not sent to us.
You do not need to submit an email address to browse. Please do not include sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss the service you are interested in and prepare a proposal if requested. Technical information supports delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Where a lawful basis is required, handling an enquiry can be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract. Operating and securing the website serves our legitimate interests. We may also retain or disclose information when required by law.
Who processes information
We use providers to operate the website and receive enquiries:
- OpenAI’s Sites hosting and Cloudflare: website delivery, network security and related technical processing. Cloudflare may use essential security cookies.
- FormSubmit: receives your submitted email address and enquiry context, then forwards the submission to andrew@cadver.com. Its documentation states that submissions are available in its archive for 30 days.
- Our email provider: stores and delivers enquiry correspondence in our business inbox.
These providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Their privacy terms explain their own handling of technical and service data. You can contact us about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Provider information: OpenAI privacy policy, Cloudflare privacy policy, FormSubmit privacy policy and FormSubmit documentation.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not load analytics tools, advertising pixels or social-media tracking embeds. Fonts and creator preview images are served from our own site. We do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Our hosting provider uses security cookies. Read the cookie policy for the purposes, lifetimes and browser controls. We do not use enquiry details for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an ongoing business discussion and maintain relevant records. If you become a client, additional records and retention requirements may be covered by your service agreement. Legal requirements, unresolved disputes and security needs can affect retention.
FormSubmit’s 30-day archive period applies to its submission archive, not to copies already delivered to our inbox. Contact us to request deletion of your enquiry, subject to any applicable retention requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. California residents may also have applicable rights to know about collection and disclosure, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to exercise their rights without unlawful discrimination.
Send requests to andrew@cadver.com or call +1 (415) 728-1019. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns your data. An authorized agent may contact us, with any verification required by applicable law. You may also complain to the privacy authority responsible for your location.
Because this site does not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, there is no advertising processing for an opt-out signal to switch off.
Security, children and updates
The site uses HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Our services are intended for businesses and adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can address it.
We will update this page if our website’s data practices change and revise the date above. A separate client agreement may cover information processed as part of a paid campaign.
